After filling out the “Make an Appointment” form, we will review the information, and if the form data matches what we have plainly stated on the website (such as Not Hud approved etc.) then we invite the person or couple to view the property. While the person is touring the property, we hand them a rental application that we encourage people to fill out at home. We tell people to fill out the application THE BEST THEY CAN because we understand each person has unique backgrounds and situations. When filling out the application, it is important to take the time to gather as much information as possible. Our main concerns are: 1. Employment status. Please make sure to provide good contact number/s and the name of the person to speak to if possible, along with their extensions. 2. Rental history. Please fill this out with contact/s name and phone number/s. 3. Income and ability to afford the rent. We do require proof of income and the amount of total monthly income. When we run the applications, we make decisions based upon the information given and the feedback we get from the references given. (Completed forms can be photographed and texted to the number supplied on the application)
